Shipping & Returns

You  may return new, unopened items  within 15 days of delivery for a full  refund or exchange. We'll also pay  the return shipping costs if the  return is a result of our error (you  received an incorrect or defective  item, etc.). Other than that Buyers  will pay the shipping for return  items. You should expect to  receive your refund within four weeks of  giving your package to the  return shipper, however, in many cases you  will receive a refund more  quickly. This time period includes the  transit time for us to receive  your return from the shipper (5 to 10  business days), the time it takes  us to process your return once we  receive it (3 to 5 business days), and  the time it takes your bank to  process our refund request (5 to 10  business days). If you need to  return an item, simply login to  your account, view the order using the  "Complete Orders" link under the  My Account menu and click the Return  Item(s) button. We'll notify you  via e-mail of your refund once we've  received and processed the returned  item.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Rules :

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Items with timers must show less than 120 minutes of use. Items with shutter counters must show less than 200 exposures.
  • Best link is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 7 days.
  • best link is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Return/Exchange On:

  • TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger once any of the packaging has been opened.
  • Computers, Software and Hardware once any of the manufacturer's packaging has been opened.
  • All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
  • Any computers built or modified by Best link to customer's specifications.
  • Special Order merchandise.
  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged.
  • Educational tapes and books once unwrapped.
  • Best link Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.
 

 MPORTANT NOTE:


In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you. If best link , at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, or exchange a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed.

  • We ship within the United States via UPS. It usally takes 1-2 business day to ship out orders after receiving
  • We fully insure all our shipments to  ensure smooth delivery. All our shipments have a tracking number.  We   will send you this number automatically via e-mail once your  package   ships.
